YOUTH RECREATIONAL LEAGUE
The Columbia Rush recreational league is an exciting, fun, and energetic in-house program for players between 4 and 14 years old! Teams will be formed based on age, teammate requests, and coach requests. Rush aims to foster a safe, fun, educational experience for your child as well as a solid foundation for lifetime skills. Come join the Rush family!
Winter SEASON DETAILS
– All games and practices will be held on our indoor fields at 2900 Forum Blvd, Columbia Mo.

Players will receive
professional coaching in a clinic style during practices.
Volunteer coaches are still expected to be there as assistants, but one of Rush's professional coaches will be there to make sure the kids receive
high quality training. Games will be coached by volunteer coaches (volunteer coaches get $30 off their registration fee. This will be applied after being selected as a volunteer, which is not guaranteed).
– Each team will receive one practice and one game a week.

VOLUNTEER ROLES

BIRTH YEAR: 2019/2020 (U7)
General Info:
2 clinics, your team will be assigned to one of these times; Thursday 5 pm to 6 pm, or 6 pm to 7 pm.
6 teams total, 3 assigned to each clinic. Clinics are run by our professional coaches and will focus on player development.
2019/2020 Game Schedule:
Sundays 12 pm, 1 pm, or 2 pm
BIRTH YEAR: 2017/2018 (U9)
General Info:
2 clinics, your team will be assigned to one of these times; Wednesday 5 pm to 6 pm, or 6 pm to 7 pm.
6 teams total, 3 assigned to each clinic. Clinics are run by our professional coaches and will focus on player development.
2017/2018 Practice and Game Schedule:
Saturdays 12 pm, 1 pm, or 2 pm
BIRTH YEAR: 2015/2016 (U11)
General Info:
2 clinics, your team will be assigned to one of these times; Tuesday 5 pm to 6 pm, or 6 pm to 7 pm.
6 teams total, 3 assigned to each clinic. Clinics are run by our professional coaches and will focus on player development.
2015/2016 Game Schedule:
Saturday 3 pm, 4 pm, or 5 pm
BIRTH YEAR: 2013/2014 (U13)
General Info:
1 clinic, Monday 5 pm to 6 pm.
4 teams total. Clinics are run by our professional coaches and will focus on player development.
2013/2014 Game Schedule:
Saturdays 7 pm or 8 pm.
UNIFORMS
All returning players with uniforms from the last season will not need to order a new one!
All new players to the Columbia Rush Youth Recreational League, or players who outgrew their previous uniform, will be required to purchase a new uniform.
The uniform is an additional $38 and comes with a home jersey, away jersey, and a pair of shorts.
LEAGUE COST
LEAGUE COST:
$200 per player
Includes:
– 1 group training session a week with a professional coach for 6 weeks
– 1 game a week for 6 weeks
THE RUSH WAY
Recreational soccer stresses the participation, enjoyment, sportsmanship, skill development, safety, and teamwork aspects of the game. The goal is for the players to learn and fall in love with the sport of soccer.
Our recreational teams are formed by Rush staff and coached by parent volunteers using a “neighborhood” concept. Rush staff will support this volunteer parent with coaching education tools and pre-made training sessions to ensure a great environment for the players.
