Como Rush Elite Velocity Camp
Program Details:
This soccer camp is designed for players who are ready to elevate their game by sharpening one of the most overlooked — yet essential — skills in soccer: speed of play with the ball. Many talented athletes struggle to reach the next level simply because they lack the quickness and decision-making speed required for college or professional competition.
To address this, we’ve partnered with Parisi Speed School to deliver a camp experience that combines high-level technical training with proven speed and agility development. Each camp day includes on-field soccer instruction and performance training with Parisi’s certified speed coaches.
Players will be timed in position-specific soccer drills — tailored for forwards, midfielders, and defenders — focusing on accelerating play under pressure, improving speed with the ball at their feet, and reacting faster in game-like situations. The goal is to see measurable improvement in each player’s drill times throughout the week as they build both confidence and quickness on the field.
Program Cost: $169 per player

The camp head coach will be Fahmi Elshami.
Fahmi's soccer journey started at Rock Bridge High School in Columbia, Mo. He then moved on to play collegiate soccer with an additional 10 years as a professional player. He has traveled all over the world mentoring players and coaches, as well as educating various countries on youth development through soccer.

The Parisi coach will be Derek Calhoon.
Derek is a dedicated Director and Coach with over five years of hands-on experience working with both athletes and non-athletes across all age groups. With a strong background in strength and conditioning, personal development, and athletic performance, Derek brings a holistic approach to coaching that focuses on long-term growth, injury prevention, and sustainable fitness strategies.
